BUSINESS MANAGEMENT · INCLUDED WITH CORE

Fewer dates to carry in your head.

Between tomorrow’s funeral flowers and today’s deliveries, a renewal or staff review can slip down the list. Floral Pulse keeps business deadlines visible and prompts the people who need to act.

MADE FOR THE WAY YOU WORK

A reminder with the details to do something about it.

01

Contract reviews and notice periods

See agreements that need reviewing, approaching notice deadlines and due renewals. Open the record for supplier contacts, costs and documents.

02

Insurance, memberships and domains

Set the dates that matter to your shop, from public liability cover and waste contracts to domain names, SEO agreements and trade memberships.

03

Vehicle and equipment dates

Track MOT, tax, insurance and servicing. A service can become due by date or by a mileage threshold using the mileage you enter.

04

Staff reviews and document expiry

Give probation reviews, qualifications and training a due date and lead time. Adding an expiry or review date to an HR document creates a reminder 30 days beforehand.

05

Visible in your working day

Authorised users see reminders and counts in the software. Email digests prompt action, with follow-ups for unresolved items. HR emails use counts and a sign-in link to keep personal details out of the inbox.

06

Keep control of completion

Opening a reminder does not complete it. Record the action taken, confirm a contract’s next dates or complete the HR reminder and create the next review when needed.

A CLOSER LOOK

Keep staff requests and important dates in view.

PUT IT TO WORK

One connected working day.

01

Choose the date

Add the agreement, staff review or document date in its own Business Management section. Set the notice period or reminder lead time where appropriate.

02

Let the right person know

Contract digests go to the responsible owner or manager, with an owner fallback. HR digests go to owners and authorised HR users.

03

Follow through

Email checks run hourly. Unresolved items receive weekly follow-ups, with earlier prompts when a contract deadline stage or outstanding HR work changes.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

See how the tools fit your shop before making a change.

Are business reminders included, or do they use SMS credits?

They are included with Core and use the software and email digests. They do not use SMS credits or the Windows order notifier. Customer order texts are a separate optional service.

Will it find renewal dates or vehicle mileage automatically?

No. You enter and maintain the dates, notice periods and mileage. Floral Pulse uses those details for reminders; it does not read contract terms with AI, check DVLA records or receive live vehicle mileage.

Who receives the emails?

Contract digests go to the assigned active owner or manager, falling back to an active business owner when needed. HR digests go to owners and explicitly authorised HR users. Working email configuration and valid recipient addresses are required.
