Talk to the teamWhat is a florist till system or EPOS?
A florist till system, also called EPOS (electronic point of sale), helps a flower shop take sales and manage the details behind each order. Floral Pulse combines shop and phone sales with card messages, recipients, required dates, workroom tasks, customer records, stock and deliveries in one web-based system.
How much does Floral Pulse cost, and what is included?
Floral Pulse Core costs £79 per month per shop after a 30-day trial. It includes Staff & HR, contracts and business reminders alongside all other core features, unlimited staff and records, the driver web app with no additional driver fees, and customer order update emails. Optional SMS credits, hardware and external service charges are separate. No card is required for the trial. Subscribe after it ends only if you want to continue; Core is not charged automatically.
Can I connect my existing flower shop website?
Yes. A supported WooCommerce website can connect orders and customers to Floral Pulse, with configurable price, stock and order-status synchronisation. Shared WooCommerce stock management uses the Floral Pulse Stock Bridge plugin. Shopify availability depends on your store setup and app approval; contact us to check compatibility. Website hosting and payment-provider charges remain separate.
Is the delivery app included for every driver?
Yes. The delivery tools and mobile driver web app are included with Core, with no additional Floral Pulse fee per driver. Drivers use their phone number and PIN to access assigned runs, scan worksheet QR codes and record delivery notes and photos. Internet access is required; route optimisation needs a configured mapping service, whose charges are separate.
Are customer email and text updates included?
Email order updates are included at no extra charge with Core. SMS text updates are optional and paid through monthly packages or one-off credits. Updates use the email address or mobile number captured on the order, falling back to saved customer details when the order has none. A billing account is not required. Working email configuration is needed, and saved SMS preferences and opt-outs are respected.
What equipment do I need, and does it work offline?
Floral Pulse runs in a web browser on a computer or tablet, and drivers use a mobile browser. Internet access is required; it is not an offline till. Check your printer and till setup before going live. Card payments can be recorded after payment on a separate terminal; this is not a direct card-terminal integration. The optional paired desktop order notifier runs on Windows.
