Can I email reports to both the owner and accountant?
Yes. Add multiple recipients and choose a monthly day, time and timezone. Scheduled emails cover the previous calendar month across all locations. You can also send a selected period on demand.
Are cancelled orders automatically the same as refunds?
A cancellation describes the order’s fulfilment; it does not by itself prove what happened to the payment. Reporting checks highlight cancelled orders with money still recorded so the payment can be reviewed and corrected.
Is this an accounting package or a VAT return submission service?
Floral Pulse provides operational reports and transaction exports. It does not submit VAT returns. Review reconciliation checks and agree the reporting treatment with your accountant before using figures for accounts.
